This is a free service allowing you to view the phone/mobile number of the person who has called you when you were not available.

Call divert

Stay connected even when you are unreachable by diverting your calls
to any other local telephone number. It can be a land line, mobile line or
voice message box.

Barring Outgoing Calls

This service allows KOREK customers to block all outgoing calls to activate the service dial *217*1#call

 To De-activate the service dial *217*0#call

This service allows KOREK customers to block all incoming calls.

Call waiting and call hold

Call Waiting

This is a service that allows you hear a beep sound when someone else is calling you and you are on another call. You will receive a beep letting you know you are receiving another call while you are already on a call.

To activate the service dial *223*1#call
To De-activate the service dial *223*0#call

Call Hold

Call Hold is a service that allows you to put a call on hold and take another call or make another call while putting your first call on hold. Follow the instructions in your mobile user guide to use this service.
