To ensure that you can use the roaming service while being abroad please make sure to recharge your balance before traveling. The Prepaid Roaming service will be automatically activated for all KOREK Prepaid subscribers when roaming abroad without any activation fees. International Roaming Service allows you to travel all over the world and keep the same KOREK Postpaid SIM Card and telephone number. This way, you can always be in contact with your dear ones, with your family, friends or business partners. Currently you can call and receive calls worldwide, across Asia, Africa, Europe, Australia and America:

Upon arrival, your mobile will automatically search for the available network. Your SIM card will receive the strongest available network. You can also choose the network manually.

How Postpaid Roaming works?

In order to enjoy this service, you need to subscribe first, and you should visit one of KOREK main shops. A deposit of 600000 IQD will be requested from you prior to the activation of the service.

KOREK is happy to offer you a large range of voice, text messaging, and some services familiar to you: Call waiting/hold, Conference call, Caller ID, Call barring, Call forwarding, Voice mailbox, etc.
FEEL AT HOME WITH KOREK! In order to access your Voice mail or get in touch with your Customer Care department back home, you only need to dial the same short numbers that you normally use in your home country.
If you are unable to do so, please contact your home operator in order to send us the complete list of short codes to be implemented in our network and we will promptly support you by putting them into service!
