What’s the price off a SIM-Card?
- KOREK SIM-Card costs $10.00 US, with it you will get $0.50 US credit of talk time
Is there a waiting period to get a SIM-Card?
- No, there is no waiting period to get Korek SIM card, you can obtain it immediately and any KOREK Sales offices or kiosks in Erbil and Dohuk provinces
What services will I get as basic service?
- You will get following services; Calling Line Identification (CLI), call waiting, call holding, call diverts, call barring, Unstructured Supplementary Services Data (USSD), Short Message Service (SMS) and SMS-on-TV
What services are optional and cost extra?
- Voice Mail Service (VMS). General Packet Radio Service (GPRS). International roaming service
Where does KOREK Telecom have coverage?
- KOREK telecom covers the whole province of Erbil and Duhok and part of province Kirkuk and Mosul
