Voice mail is a computerized answering service, which can automatically answer a call and record callers voice messages when the subscriber fails to answer them personally. Several options are usually available, and you can decide to divert your callers to voicemail as different situations arise.
How to setup VMS and retrieve voice messages?
In order to activate your Voice Mailbox you should follow the steps below:
- Choose required divert type
- Activate call divert to number 222
When a new message delivered to your mailbox, the system automatically sends you SMS to inform you of new voice message.
To retrieve your voice message follow the steps below:
- Using your own cellular phone: call number *222 then pres * to access menu instructions
- Listen and follow instructions
In order to deactivate your Voice Mailbox you should cancel call divert to number 222.
In this case incoming call, which can't be answered, will be lost.
