Personal information
about the subscriber is not to be given to the general

The subscription contract is valid from the moment the customer signs it.
Korek Telecom has the right to terminate the contract in the following situations:

If the customer uses his/her mobile for illegal actions.
If Korek Telecom realizes that the personal information given by the subscriber are false.
If Korek Telecom goes bankrupt.
The company is never responsible for any lacks or problems what so ever faced by the subscriber as the result off something out off the company’s authority, for example:
Earthquakes, floods, volcanic eruption,
The company has the right to change the prices of services, both local and international.

Korek Telecom accepts only cash payment. It is free of choice to pay in USD or
Iraqi Dinars. 50 USD is to be paid in order to register a simcard and there is no waiting period to get it.

|
Korek Telecom does not return any SIM cards what so ever. But we do renew broken,
stolen and lost SIM cards for an amount of 15 dollars with the condition if u have the owners form.
