is an integral part of the Subscription
contract that is previously signed by Korek subscribers.
Korek Telecom is a shared limited company registered
in Iraq to operate and provide GSM service in the
capital of Kurdistan-Erbil and province of Duhok.

Payment
Korek Telecom accepts only cash payment. It is free of choice
to pay in USD or Iraqi Dinars. 50 USD is to be paid in order to
register a simcard and there is no waiting period to get it.
Korek Telecom uses the Pre-paid system.
$10.00US and $50.00US cards are available at Korek sales
office and kiosks throughout the province of Erbil
and Dohuk.
Customer
The subscription contract is valid from the moment the customer signs it. Korek Telecom has the right to terminate the contract in the following situations:
. If the customer uses his/her mobile for illegal actions.
. If Korek Telecom realizes that the personal information given by the subscriber are false.
. If Korek Telecom goes bankrupt.
