What is shared account offer? 

SHARED ACCOUNT allows you to share your internet bundle quota with up to 3 Korek subscribers who have smart 

handsets and/or SIM-mountable devices (such as a tablet, mobile hotspot…)

 

 

What’s the value offered by shared account offer?

Korek Shared account enables you to share your data quota with the family, friends regardless where are they at.

 

 

What are the packages that can be shared under shared account? 

Sharable packages are Extra, Extra VIP and Extra Plus only.

How can I add participants? 

By visiting and after activating the Shared Account you will be able to add the participants, you should have enough balance.

 

 

How to activate the shared account offer? 

You need to have an active Data plan (Extra, Extra VIP or Extra Plus).

Go to  mykorek.com  Shared Account  Activate.

 

 

How can I set quota for a participant? 

After adding the participant from mykorek.com you can directly set the preferred quota%.

Can I remove a participant and how? 

Yes, by visiting mykorek.com next to each participant number there is “Remove” button. 

 

 

How can I deactivate the shared account? 

By visiting mykorek.com next to the Shared, there is “deactivate” button.

 

 

Is there any fees to remove participants and how much? 

No, removing participant is FREE of charge.

You can add 1, 2 or 3 participants.

Can I modify participants’ quota after assigned? 

No, in that case you need to remove the participant and re-add the number with the new quota%. 

 

 

Is the shared account renewable? 

Yes, Shared Account will be renewed automatically if you have enough balance.

 

 

Is the shared account renewable? 

Shared Account will be valid for the same period of the shared data package.

 

 

How can I check my quota usage if I’m an account owner? 

Either by visiting mykorek.com or by dialing *250#.

 

 

How can I check my quota usage if I’m an account participant? 

By visiting mykorek.com

 

 

If I was a participant and I removed myself from the account, will I still be able to 

use my quota? 

No, quota will have rolled over to the owner account once you remove yourself.

 

 

Will I receive a notification on my quota usage as a message?

Yes, both account:

Owner: will receive a message on usage of 50%, 80%, 95% and 100% of the entire package quota.

Participant: will receive a message on usage of 50%, 80%, 95% and 100% of his assigned quota.

 

 

Can I remove myself if I’m an account participant? 

Yes, by visiting mykorek.com and press “Remove” from Shared Account.
