When you are travelling abroad and switch on your mobile phone, it should automatically attempt to register with the network with the strongest available signal, provided Network/Operator Selection is set to automatic.
If the Network Selection is not set to automatic then you will need to select a network manually. Below are instructions on manual selection for some of the most popular handsets.

What is an IMEI and how do I find it?
IMEI stands for International Mobile Equipment Identity and put more simply, it is the serial number of the phone or device. It is usually found under the battery and on the box that your phone or device came in.
You can also find it by entering *#06# on your phone and the IMEI will display on the screen.
How can I get GPRS settings on my mobile?

You can cancel all diverts on your phone by entering ##002# and then pressing Send.

I’ve forgotten my PIN number!
If you have forgotten your PIN number and entered it incorrectly three times, your phone will become PIN blocked. To unlock, enter your eight (8) digit PUK number which can be found on your welcome letter. You will then be required to create and enter a brand new PIN number.

How can I find out why my phone won't work?
There could be several reasons why your phone isn't working:

- Your battery needs to be charged
- Check you have entered the full area code even for local numbers
