What is Video Calling?

 With Video Calling, you can see and be seen by the person (s) you are calling LIVE. No settings are required to make/receive video calls

What do I need to use 3G Video Calling?

 For a successful video call:

Video Call service enabled handset for both caller and receiver.

Have an Internet connection.

Be in the 3G coverage area.

Establish a Video Call option from your handset.

Have enough balance. 

Do I need a special handset to use 3G Video Calling?

 In order to use the service, you need a 3G handset that is Video Calling capable. 

Where can I use 3G video call service?

The service needs 3G coverage. Korek has 3G network coverage in selected parts of the country.

Do I need a new SIM card to use video call?

No, you do not need a new SIM card to activate the service. No extra provisioning or configuration required as all numbers have been pre-configured for video calling. 

Can I place a Video Call to any mobile phone?

 Video Calls can only be placed from one 3G capable and service enabled phone to another 3G capable and service enabled phone.

How will I be billed?

 Video Calling service is billed on 1,000 IQD per minute.

Can I place a Video Call to Korek subscribers who are roaming?

 No. Currently, Video Calling is available only within our network. 

If I receive a Video Call, can I choose to take it as a voice call only?

 Yes. You have the option to take a Video Call as a Voice the Only call.

Can I place a Video Call to Zain or Asiacell subscribers?

 No. Currently, Video Calling is available only within our network.
