Picture this! Take a photo with your mobile and send it with a message to anyone's mobile phone for just 120 IQD.
Multimedia Messaging (MMS) allows you to exchange a combination of text, audio, picture, animation and video clips with other Korek customers. Each message sent is charged at a flat rate. There is no charge to receive a message.
Now you can instantly share your favorite music, photo, and video with your friends and family by just sending a message.
Pricing:
- MMS price from 1KB to 149KB is 120 IQD.
- MMS price from 150KB to 300KB is 240 IQD.
- Maximum MMS message size is 300 KB
How it works?
All subscribers with GPRS enabled handsets can receive activation information and settings automatically to your handset which you then save and restart your handset to activate. Otherwise, try one of the following:
- Send a blank SMS to 292
- Call the Customer Care Call Center on 411
- Check here if your device/handset is unable to accept automatic settings
How do I send an MMS?
- Go to Menu
- Select Messages
- Select MMS
- Choose to add text, audio, picture &/or video as desired
- Enter the phone number or select recipient from your phonebook
- Send Message
- Alternatively, you can take a picture or record a video or audio clip and send as an MMS message straight away
- Take picture/record audio or video clip
- Select Send as MMS
- Choose to add text as desired
- Enter the phone number or select recipient from your phonebook
- Send Message

Benefits to customer:
Customers can share videos, images, voice messages, as well as video files and text messages, up to a limit of 150 KB per message to any Korek mobile number.
How to apply?
You just need to activate GPRS on your handset to avail of this service.
